{"id":3207,"date":"2021-01-15T17:27:39","date_gmt":"2021-01-15T17:27:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mazurivanusa.com\/?p=3207"},"modified":"2021-03-14T17:37:00","modified_gmt":"2021-03-14T17:37:00","slug":"rada-delays-certain-amendments-to-the-tax-code","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mazurivanusa.com\/?p=3207","title":{"rendered":"Rada Delays Certain Amendments to the Tax Code"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With effect from 1 January 2021, the Law of Ukraine \u2116 1117-IX \u201c<em>On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Other Laws of Ukraine on Ensuring the Collection of Data and Information Necessary for Declaring Certain Objects of Taxation<\/em>\u201d (the \u201cLaw 1117\u201d) effectively postpones entry into force of certain previous amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine introduced in May 2020 by the <a href=\"https:\/\/mazurivanusa.com\/?p=2239\">Law \u2116 466-IX<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the most important details of the Law 1117:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">CFC taxation rules shall be effective commencing 2022;<\/li>\n<li style=\"padding-bottom: 16px;\">Use of &#8220;business purpose&#8221;
