Mazur Ivanusa, LLC successfully acted as legal counsel to Exito Partners & Cohen Ukraine, a Ukrainian subsidiary of Exito Partners Limited on all Ukrainian law aspects relating to the company’s participation in two professional selection tenders announced by the Fund for the Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals (“DGF”) for the selection and approval by the DGF of professional advisors in the areas of (a) the Comprehensive Preparation for the Sale of Portfolios of Loans and, (b) the Comprehensive Preparation and Organisation of Open Trades (Auctions) for the Portfolios of Loans. Our firm’s support included providing advice to Exito Partners on all issues arising in the context of both tenders as well as drafting and filing with the DGF of the sets of the tender documentation.
