Mazur Ivanusa, LLC is pleased to announce its successful advisory role in supporting Neo-Eco, a renowned French circular economy developer, in establishing its presence in Ukraine. Our collaboration continues as we provide ongoing full legal support to Neo-Eco and its Ukrainian subsidiary in their impactful activities aimed at contributing to the reconstruction of Ukraine.
One of Neo-Eco’s current projects focuses on the construction of a new school and 450 apartments in Hostomel, located in the Kyiv Region. Notably, these structures are being built using the rubble from the destroyed houses and school, demonstrating Neo-Eco’s commitment to sustainable practices. This innovative approach not only helps in the reconstruction process but also showcases the importance of environmental responsibility.
In addition to their efforts in Hostomel, Neo-Eco is actively assessing the damage caused by the Russian military invasion in the Mykolaiv Region. Tragically, over 4,500 houses were damaged, and more than a thousand were completely destroyed in Hostomel. The city’s total number of structures stands at nearly 11,900. Through the expertise of the RebuildUA project team, specialising in infrastructure analysis using drones, the cumulative loss has been estimated to amount to 9.5 billion Ukrainian hryvnias. Neo-Eco’s dedication to rebuilding and revitalising these areas is commendable.
