Mazur Ivanusa, LLC successfully represented Exito Partners Limited and Exito Partners & Cohen Ukraine, in connection with their participation in the relevant closed professional selection tender announced by the Ukraine’s Fund for the Guaranteeing of Deposits of Individuals (“DGF”) for the organisation of the sale of a large portfolio of non-performing loans.
Upon successful completion of this tender, we represented Exito Partners & Cohen Ukraine as approved financial advisors to the DGF in connection with the sale by the DGF of a secured portfolio of 335 non-performing loans with a total nominal value of USD294 million.
The loan portfolio was comprised of the assets of 21 Ukrainian insolvent banks managed by the DGF.
