Mazur Ivanusa, LLC successfully acted as legal counsel to a leading Ukrainian importer of beverages on an UAH250,000,000 swingline facility provided to the borrower by Ukrgasbank, a major Ukrainian bank.
We provided the borrower with full transactional support in negotiation and signing the loan and security documentation, perfection of security as well as assisted further the finance parties in connection with the satisfaction of all relevant CPs and the performance by the borrower of certain post-closing deliverables required by the terms of the facility.
