Mazur Ivanusa, LLC acted as Ukrainian law counsel to an Estonian investor in connection with carrying out limited scope tax and legal review of a granite mine located in the Western part of Ukraine. The scope of work included the analysis of the documents provided by the target, a comprehensive summary of all corporate, tax and regulatory issues, analysis of material agreements, documents on major assets, licenses and other regulatory permits.
